What actually happens at installation?
It is possible to do the installation yourself, following the instructions in the operator’s manual. The installation time can vary greatly from a few hours to a full days work, depending on the size and complexity of your lawn. Husqvarna strongly recommend you have your local dealer install the unit. Whelans have the experience and training to do it in the most efficient manner. We can assess your lawn for free and give you a tailor made plan for your lawn including which model that will best suit as well as which route the boundary and guide wire should take. We also recommend where best the charging station should be positioned. Furthermore, we have a cable laying machine that will bury the boundary wire out of sight. This comprehensive installation service is not included in the recommended retail price of the mower. However after carrying out the free lawn assessment we can also quote you an installation price that we are confident will offer you great value for money.
