Machinery Salesperson
Reporting directly to the Sales manager, you will be responsible for the sales of both new and used agricultural and groundcare machinery within your designated territory.
The successful candidate will cover Galway and the surrounding area for most of our franchises whilst being based in our Depot in Loughrea. Therefore the role will suit an energetic individual who will be willing to spend most of their time on the road developing sales in the territory. The job would suit an individual living in the west and will require a weekly sales meeting at head office in Kilrush Co Clare.
Ideally previous experience in agricultural sales or business development required. Knowledge of livestock and dairy farming is an advantage. Applicants should demonstrate a tenacity to drive sales and ability to negotiate and close deals. Customer orientation with strong communication skills vital. IT and numerate skills necessary. Full driving license required. Ability to exercise professional discretion important.
Training provided in sales techniques as well as our range of products. Basic salary, commission and sales targets will form the overall remuneration package. Company car provided.
